That’s not to say you shouldn’t sell your condo, but it might be worth it to talk to your real estate agent about selling your condo first and then buying a freehold property. If you are looking to sell your freehold property, again, it might be a good time to discuss selling before buying. We are seeing properties sit longer on the market and it might not be the most ideal to situation for many to purchase a property and not be able to sell their current property in the timeline set out by the purchase.
