Been meaning to send this out sooner, though the unpacking / settling in has been more time consuming than I would have liked! 🙂 

That said, I want to thank you all so much for helping me make this long standing dream a reality! I still remember chatting with Mike / Shannon less than a year ago and feeling far from ready. This place was truly meant to be as it really feels like it fell into place like clockwork since I set sight on it!
