I have never been so impressed with a real estate company as I have been with The Prior Group. I wanted to sell my downtown Toronto condo to move to a quieter area with a big balcony. Given the current sluggish sales market, I still wanted to try to put my place for sale and then purchase something else within my budget, so I contacted TPG.

TPG had nothing to do with the previous condo I owned but they knew my situation and knew I did not want to stay there, so I met with Michael and Sintja who gave me the utmost attention and care, listening to my goals and working out a good plan. I want to give a big shoutout to Sintja who held a last minute weekend open house where we found the buyers within a week of my condo going on the market, and to Michael who spent a late Friday evening on a long weekend to show me around a couple of places I was interested in purchasing.

Not only did I sell my condo for a well above asking price even in this market, but I purchased a beautiful place on a high floor with a huge balcony and in a quieter area in downtown Toronto for a good below asking price. Even before and on my moving day, Kelly at The Prior Group was in touch behind the scenes with some important information and resources they kindly gave to me to make my move easy and smoother. They were also important in me getting a great lawyer and moving company – I trusted their referrals and they worked out perfectly.
